This should be a great way for all women who do not need the intensity of the high-level aerobic workouts to easily get what they need: a fat-burning and toning 3 or 4-mile workout. I've lost only 3 pounds,but I didn't change my eating habits for the first 6 weeks. I didn't measure, but my clothes fit better and I can tell that my "Grandma arms" (the ones that KEEP waving after I've actually stopped waving) are beginning to get firmer. Her waist has decreased over 3 inches in just the 2 months we've been working out, without changing her eating habits. I'm over 50, semi-retired and would not get a good workout without it! I can choose to do it at home if my workout partner is unable to go to the gym (she loves it, too.) We've worked our way up from the 2-mile, the 2-mile Express and the 3-mile for ABS to this 3- and 4-mile (both on 1 disk) "super fat burning" DVD. This has been a great workout for someone like me.
